In the extremely rare case that you are unhappy with your order, please don't keep it to yourself. Give me a shout and tell me what's wrong (I promise I won't bite!) I’ll look into your order and try to make you smile again.
You have 30 days to change your mind about your order. That's plenty of time to decide if you really love it or not. Just let me know before you send it back, so that I can emotionally prepare myself for its return.
We expect the products to be in the same condition as we sent them to you. That means no alterations, trials, damages, or breakages, or amateur chemistry experiments. And don't forget the original packaging. We are very attached to it.
Sorry, but you have to pay for the return shipping. We know it sucks, but that's how it is. And please don't send us any custom made products. We can't take them back. They are too special for us, and I might just have total emotional breakdown.
Tip for jewelry longevity: Don't open your package near a sink, a trash can, or a hungry pet. Find a nice and cozy place to try on your jewelry, so it doesn't end up in the wrong place.
We check everything before we ship it to you, and we pack it with care and love. We want your order to reach you in one piece and in good shape.
